Cancellation Policy
Mariah holds a 15 minute grace period
If you are 10 minutes late there is a $15 fee added to your appointment total.
If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will automatically be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to schedule.
You are only allowed to reschedule your appointment ONCE, your 2nd reschedule will require a new deposit.
If you do not cancel/reschedule 48hrs before your appointment time you will be charged 50% of services booked
If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment 100% of your booked service will be charged
